Guest guest Posted October 28, 2002 Report Share Posted October 28, 2002 I am 2+ years post. I have lost 140 lbs and have 60 to go. I just don't lose anymore no matter how few calories I eat. I'm concerned I'm not getting enough protein. I know a " normal " person needs .4 grams of protein per lb of body weight. How much do we need? I had an open RNY, proximal.
