Guest guest
Sam had an attack of muscle spasm last week, throughout his body when he was in bed, at least, that is my guess that this what he had. That was the first and so far only attack he has had, and it lasted 1/2 hour at least. The neurologist recommended two 8 ounce glasses of tonic water--which contains quinine--a day. I was surprised, but remember my brother suffering from muscle spasms, and he said quinine was a solution, but he did not take that, and I have forgotten the reason. He had had malaria in the Philippines in WW II and had taken quinine for that, as I recall. Any thoughts about this? Thanks everyone.
