I've been hearing a lot about upping l-glutamine to assist in sleep. I'm

going to try it starting today. I have no trouble falling asleep, just

staying asleep.

I tried Sonata, another short-acting one.......my eyes popped open in an

hour......I may a well have had an Altoid.

Trazidone is a prescription drug. I did not mention it in my first post. I

sleep all night long with it.
