One thing my plastic surgeon recommended was arnica (the tiny homeopathic

pills) 3x a day under the tongue fora few weeks - the lower the # the

stronger. ithink mine was 30 or 50

I took the arnica montana 30x too. I think it really attributed to my

getting my 3 drains out so quickly (all within 10 days post op)
