Reread before deleting - Fronto temporal atrophy shows clearly in brain

scans done by neurologists..AFTER verbal inconsistencies are recognised and

dementia is obvious. In Jan's case, it was constant watching and later

physical restraints to keep him from damaging himself during unpredictable

shenanigans. Trying to predict behavior of energetic drunks, dopees, other

crazies and demented is futile. Normal thought processes pale in comparison

to theirs. Coupled with manic-strength and deluded perseverance their proper

care is a series of continuing nightmares.
