Guest guest
My last heart attack was in 1992. Worst part of it for me was being so well aquanted with it I feared it happening again, and this time it might kill me. Give lots of reassurance and empower by giving tools to avoid the next one, it helps. Every twitch and squeeze that starts in my chest raises a panic in me that I have to talk myself out of. When it happens I go (by reflex now) into deep diaphramatic breathing, keeping a steady rhythm, I don't know that it helps (in theory it should), but it makes me feel better just thinking it might help. aletta mes, vancouver, bc canada ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Site: http://www.aletta.0catch.com
