Guest guest
, I take 2 different types of calcium citrate. The first is a liquid made by Nature's Life - 1 tablespoon has the following : 20 calories, 1 gram fat, 3 carbs, 200 IU Vit.D, 600mg calcium citrate, 300mg Magnesium. I take 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 at night before going to bed (has to be kept in fridge after opening). It has a citrus flavor, not to strong - quick and easy. Since we only absorb 500mg at a time, this is perfect. The second is a calcium citrate capsule made by Twin Labs. I take 2 of those (equals 600mg) during the day at work. Easy going down, smaller than multi vitamins. Both of these I get at Central Market - your in Austin right?? If so, you have 2 of the best Central Market's there. I just discovered CM about 2 months ago - my pocket book is feeling the pain. LOL. Anyway, take yourself over to CM and have fun! Watch the liquid though as they do have a liquid calcium carbonate, although it's about $5 more than the citrate. I learned the hard way, asked a friend to pick me up a new bottle, ended up w/ the carbonate and had to take it back & exchange it. If your in Austin, can you come to Houston for the conference w/ in August??? April
