Well, I am officially up 6 pounds. I don't dump, and have been eating

lousy (carbs, sugars, etc.) I wanted to get back " on track " , but had a

really busy few weeks. Now, I am ready to sit down and " map out " my strategy

for success. I am iron deficient, low on protein, and coming up for

thighplasty, brachioplasty, and breast lift (all at once) on August 28th. I

ordered some protein from , which has arrived, and have started

taking carbonyl iron.

I'm not sure where to start. Should I do more than one protein drink

a day? Do I count it as a meal? How many hours do most of you wait between

meals? (I've been hungry about every 2-3 hours) Is that normal? Anyone

willing to share their " normal " food intake with me? Thanks for any help or

advice!

I'm not any RNY - my surgery was the DS, so take my food day with a grain of

salt.

Thursday:

6:30 - protein shake

8:30 - coffee

10:00 - protein shake

12:30 - caesar salad w/anchovies, one slice of bread

6:00 - chicken thigh, 1/4 c brown rice w/cheese, broccoli

8:30 - protein shake

11:30 - three little pancakes (I should never get up in the middle of the

nite)

Friday:

6:30 - protein shake

8:30 - coffee

10:00 - protein shake

11:30 - 1 c. beef chow fun, 4 Chinese spare ribs

12:30 - two Chinese egg custards

3:00 - 4 dried plums, 4 dried strawberries

7:30 - 1/2 turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich w/ 15 french fries

9:30 - protein shake
