Guest guest
Well, I am officially up 6 pounds. I don't dump, and have been eating lousy (carbs, sugars, etc.) I wanted to get back " on track " , but had a really busy few weeks. Now, I am ready to sit down and " map out " my strategy for success. I am iron deficient, low on protein, and coming up for thighplasty, brachioplasty, and breast lift (all at once) on August 28th. I ordered some protein from , which has arrived, and have started taking carbonyl iron. I'm not sure where to start. Should I do more than one protein drink a day? Do I count it as a meal? How many hours do most of you wait between meals? (I've been hungry about every 2-3 hours) Is that normal? Anyone willing to share their " normal " food intake with me? Thanks for any help or advice! ´¨¨)) -:¦:- ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:- -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´* Laproscopic RNY 7-20-00 Starting Weight 313 lbs Abdominoplasty/Mons Lift 9-5-01 Current Weight 160 lbs Total Loss 153 lbs
