My son does much better with the Zyme Prime, because he reacts to basically all foods unless he has enzymes. The Peptizyde is for proteins, the Zyme Prime for carbs/fats/etc. So if your son is like mine and has reactions to most all foods, or stronger reactions to carb foods than to protein foods, or if he is gfcf already, then you might find better results with Zyme Prime, or with the combination of both like I use, than with just the Peptizyde.
