Guest guest
My sleep patterns are a mess. Trouble is, they never were normal. And I've got a mom & a kid just like me. I've never been able to fall asleep. I wear myself out trying, I think. But this business of waking up in the night & being BOING wide awake is fairly recent, maybe 2 yrs. I don't like it. I know B12 can make your sleep patterns a mess. But those levels are just dandy. I just figured I was taking the " family disease " one step further.
