arches; aspiration

I too have very high arches (because of the dance training mostly, I

thought). I wear higher (2.5 " ) boots tightly laced or zipped,

which steadies me considerably. Never thought or considered a link

to current problems.

Aspiration is the act of swallowing into the lungs, not more or less as I

understand it.

I figure if death ceases all neurological symptoms, death itself cannot

be painful. A good lot of our nerves are already a bit numbed out

so we have a head start.
