Guest guest
Rec'v this from a person who cannot post yet, requestng I post it for her. It is true, from what I understand if it is human pappiloma virus (check the spelling on that, not sure of the exact way) it has been implicated in cervical and other kinds of cancer apparently. I am not an expert on this, and I would encourage anyone who wantz to know more to go to MD.com or one of the other physician sites and typein genital warts. Here is the lurker's message to us: >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>from a lurker on grad list: Genital warts if not treated besides being spread if using unprotected sex can ... turn to cancer. Not to gross anyone out, but I had a patient, *I work in the operating room* who had an anal wart that turned into Sarcoma *cancer* the size of a cauliflower........ And she 4 days later came back to us, and I happened to be the person in the room, she had a diverting colostomy done, we couldn't even operate to remove the tumor, it was too big, perhaps chemo and radiation will help. Only God knows............... please share this >>>>>>>>>>>> done love, ceep
