Guest guest
According to an article in the LA Times, Creatine can increase strength by 10%. Some researchers wonder if there might be a link to Creatine and the deaths of some football players during workouts in the heat. Researchers then gave healthy people Creatine and had them use stationary bicycles in hot conditions. The Creatine didn't seem to make them more troubled by the heat, but some doctors are still concerned about using Creatine during strenuous workouts in hot weather. We know that Creatine draws water from blood cells into muscle tissue. That means that if anyone is on it, they should be very careful about dehydration. Personally, I'm not going to go on it. I figure that with some of my medical problems, I shouldn't be " cutting edge " about anything. in St. Louis
