Guest guest
Hi Carol Welcome and congratulations on such a great success in your first year. I've been on this group since before my most recent surgery (my 3d and FINAL WLS). I can't wait to get to the one year mark this time because it's actually working! After two failures I was sure this would be more of the same but thanks to Dr. Kane Jr. (same group as Carol's) I've got a whole new life. 4.5 mos out and I'm down 85 lbs. I can walk, shop, sit in chairs with arms (most of them, anyway) and do so many things I couldn't before. I don't find the sf syrups cause carb craving but " white " carbs are fatal to my eating habits. I recently upped my water intake and protein drinks and as a result my food intake has gone down more. Works for me! Continued good luck.
