weight gain confessions

OMG, here she goes again... lol... the " outta control lasted about 2 months

and about 14 lbs " the last week plus seems to be back under control and at

about up 9 lbs now (I don't hop the scale daily) my jeans are still way too

tight *sigh* so -- when do you all officially tack on the new numbers to

your signature and such? Should I just claim like a 10lb gain until it gets

back down within a 2 or 3 lb range of my usual or is this my usual and

should I just use it now?

Once again, I feel like a fraud if I use my usual weight without adding on

the extra pounds and explaining that the carb demons took over all brain

power for about 2 months and totally messed with my whole life and while

they are still with me their voices are getting smaller and weaker and on

and on... stuff people really don't want to hear about anyway...

So, do I claim the extra weight or what -- how long do you haul around extra

weight before it's officially " yours "
