another addition- 1 yr anniversary 7-31

Hello everybody,

I proudly join all of you. I remember when I first saw this group and

couldnt wait for my turn. and here I am.

I am from Binghamton NY and had surgery 1 yr ago 7-31-02 by dr Simon

in Sayre,Pa.

He is taking new position in Phoenix Az,

now I wonder what will happen to all us postops.

I am sorry to see him go.

I was sick for several months and finally had my gallbladder out

(at my insistence- didnt have typical symtoms-)

on 12-26-01. I have been fine ever since.

I was 296 and am

now 171 for a

loss of -125 so far-

I havent stopped losing yet-When do most of you seem to taper off?.

It is hard to believe , people dont recognize me, and sometimes I

dont either. I am so very happy.....

I am married with 2 children- ages 8+12.
