Guest guest Posted July 30, 2002 Report Share Posted July 30, 2002 Yesterday, I took about 2 grams of glutamine mid-afternoon and then 6 grams before bedtime on an empty stomach. I slept very, very well. I woke up once, walked around, then slept soundly until the alarm went off. This is a big, welcome improvement for me. I'm also taking a new " carb repair " formula of vitamins that are really helping sugar/carb cravings. The guy is a local weight loss psychologist who actually isn't full of shit! I've known him a long time. He is very tuned into all of the insulin regulation, etc. I've asked him if I could post his url here for his free Overweight Newsletter. It's interesting reading. The stuff is high in chromium picolinate, vanadium, biotin.
