With the new tummy (and a youthful chest as of 7/29) I like being out of clothes better than in them! And that could be cold and dangerous trip in Seattle! Yikes, I'd have to afford a hotel this time as the rules of the game have changed radically from a 14 months ago. I never would have imagined! Thank God you rescued me when you did! Orange County would be a nice place for ASBS to hold a meeting too . ... its beautiful this time of year and there are 3 airports to serve the area! And lots of reasonable lodging too! Oh and there isn't much in the way of cockroaches or slugs . . . and I have never seen the seagull or pigeon poo harm anything living . . . just paint. (Its always something, huh?) Jokes aside, tell us about the meeting and what was the buzz about this year??? ANY NEW NEWS on any front effecting WLS pre and post ops in any way???? No changes, big changes or status quo??? What about the nutrition debate? Is the conservative road making any headway, or is Carnation SF Instant breakfast, Flinstones, Tums and dietary proteins still considered standard? what about Rutledge did he show or speak again even??? Any reports on any of the newer procedures? Inquiring minds want to know! ) Vicki

Guest guest
I'll also looking for a good endo and also a good ophthalmologist in the Seattle area for a friend. He would also like to know about bad docs because he thinks he has been to one. Thanks, Elaine
