Unless there is some unforeseen complication or wound infection your PS should be able to make one. I had a breast lift and anchor incision abdominoplasty and I have a nice diamond shaped bellybutton now. It looked pretty rough for a couple weeks and had to be packed daily to keep it from drying out but it healed beautifully.
