omega 3 fatty acid in an emulsion form. It comes in a

little packet just like the ketchup packets at fast food

places. You just tear it open and squeeze it right into

your mouth or mix it into a food if you prefer. It's orange

flavored...kinda like orange creamcicle. She says it

absorbs fine with her and she's really, really distal.

I can't do the capsules, they're too big for me. I love the

Coromega! It's quick, easy and painless. And I already

checked...Vitaldy has the best prices going on this. :-)
