My name is Tommie and I live in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area of Texas.

I had my surgery on 2/27/01. I am proud to say that I have now lost

100 lbs. I am over 50 and I used to say that my lack of energy was

due to my age (when in fact, it was due to my weight!) I am so

grateful to have " crossed over " . Also I'm glad to find a group with

more long-term issues.

I still have occasional problems swallowing large pills (like

vitamins). Also 6 months ago, my blood work showed I had low iron

levels. Anyone else still have these problems?

I found a MultiTech Multivitamin Multimineral Formula in powder form

that you mix with water. It tastes great and I have since brought

my blood work back up to normal. If anyone wants more info, e-mail
