I had posted about an " overweight " newsletter I get regularly. The guy is a

great guy who used to work at one of the liquid fasts clinics I went to. He's an

LPC. Anyway, I got on the newsletter because he refers WLS candidates to me for

information from time to time. It's not the usual stuff.....he's very into

controlling carbohydrate cravings through eating habits and easily obtainable

supplements.

I asked his permission to post the url before I posted it to our 2800 members
