OK gang, this is a really wierd question. But I still need to know ---

For those of you who count calories or carbs: How do you count

something that, um, shall we say, didn't stay down? Do you count the

full amount? Don't count it at all? Prorate the calories or carbs

based on how long it stayed in your stomach?

I told you it was weird.
