Guest guest
HELP. On my fourth or fifth day of insomnia. So tired I lost count. Anybody have any ideas? Have tried the Benadryl thing, only made it worse by making me feel like I was crawling out of my skin. Guess can add that to the list of things I can't take. Tried Tylenol PM, nothing. All my x-mas presents are wrapped. My cards are signed, sealed and waiting for stamps. Bills and laundry are up to date. The kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned. Have had a migraine for the last two days, I'm sure it's due to lack of sleep, but can't even do my homework because I can't stand reading or the lights being on. Have counted sheep, sea otters and dogs. Don't ask. I'm desperate. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Usually get insomnia once or twice a year ever since I could remember, but since I've had wls it's been a heck of a lot more often. Has anyone had this happen to them? I used to be such a good sleeper, though never needed a lot of it, but what I got was quality. Can't even say that anymore. Thanks Regina
Guest guest
Hey Regina, How about taking your calcium right before bed and following up with a cup of sleepy time tea. Works for me almost every time... Also, cutting out ANY caffine you are using during the day. Hang in there kiddo! Marjie Regina Block Penelope@...> wrote: >HELP.
