Guest guest
Dear Joanne and Aimee Welcome to the group.. Sometimes posts get missed in the Digest. We all started where you are now. First lurking on to the list and then getting the courage to write and thats where it all starts. It is a wonderful list with very special people who understand your pain and frustration with weight. There is no sign in the world that means you should not have the surgery. You must believe that this is the most important decision you will probably make in a very long time. We are all here to listen and help! Keep writing we will answer. Luv. Susie G MGB 7.12 ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET! Guest guest
Hi All, This is only my second time posting....I read almost all the posts. I am wondering how many of us here that are (or were) considered severely mordbidly obese before surgery. I am 15 months out from surgery and stopped losing weight almost three months ago. I am discouraged. I have developed a few bad eating habits ....but nothing like before. I am trying hard to concentrate on proteins and nothing else. I am so afraid that my " opportunity to lose " has passed me by. I started at 480+ and am now down anywhere from 297 to 304...I keep hovering unwaverlying....do any of you have any suggestions? I am open minded ....please feel to email me. I need help and guidance from someone how has been there and is successful. Ferris __
