I need a protein drink suggestion that is low in sugar, but high in protein (preferable a " homemade " recipe instead of store bough). I love Whole Foods' Soy Protein powder and add it to apple juice and throw in some strawberries, but that's a lot of sugar ... even though it's natural. This mix has been the overall BEST for me ... I can stomach it ... no ... it's like a treat for me. I HATE canned protein drinks ... did I mention the word hate! LOL Any suggestions ...?
