Guest guest
Hi gang, I have a rather unusual subject to discuss today. I have been sexually inactive the past three years due to the breakup of my marriage. Well low and behold I am dating now! (Found the last nice, straight, unmarried guy out there!) The thing is, even with a weightloss of 109 lbs, I'm finding I'm not as limber as I should be! I'm 44 years old and (this is incredibly graphic) I guess since I don't ride horses, I'm not used to spreading my legs far apart. I think it was easier for me at my top weight, as my legs were automatically apart all the time due to the fat. I'm like this human vice grip! Anybody got any ideas on excersises I can do to make me more pliable? I'm thinking of taking up yoga, but I already have so much on my plate (my salad plate now) that I don't know when I would fit it in. I figure if I can't ask you guys, who can I ask. Thanks so much, , open rny 5/23/01, Dr. Alison Clarey, D.O., - 109 lbs so far!
