Guest guest
Arto, I remember H.'s post on flying. My doctors say it is OK. But recommends shorter trips. Not for air quality but to be able to get up and move around. With many airlines that offer non- stop flights over seas, they are putting in treadmills to reduce heart attacks due to poor circulation of blood. They also recommend when I'm traveling to take a round of antibiotics two days before the trip and to stay on them for the round prescribe. This has reduced the amount of "flares" or flare like symptoms for me. Also to take extra time for resting. Hope this helps. R.
