Guest guest
I'm reading from the little pamphlet... " Evista treats osteoporosis in women past menopause. " and " Evista builds bone. " Other claims are that it helps lower cholesterol and does not increase the risk of breast or uterine cancer. Sounds too good to be true, huh? Hmmm. As for it being WLS-friendly, I have no idea, but it doesn't appear to be time-release. My mother's doc has her on it (she's 78), and she has pretty good bones for a woman her age. She's also never been obese, maybe a few pounds overweight, but that's about it. Anyone else out there on this stuff? in NJ ****************************************** In a message dated 9/13/2002 12:26:43 AM Eastern Daylight Time, jacquemil@... writes: > What about Evista?
