Guest guest Posted September 19, 2002 Report Share Posted September 19, 2002 Hello, My name is Ladavia nickname (Debbie), I had my RNY July 27, 2001 my starting weight was 357lbs, to date, I am down to 214 to 215. I have been kinda been stuck at this weight for about 2 months. I had one major complication that landed me back in the hospital, which was a blockage, I was in the hospital for 1 week, and sick for about 4 days before they found out what the problem was and went in for emergency surgery. I am concerned that I have stopped loosing. I really need reassurance and some help on jump starting my weight loss again. Prior to me starting back school I was walking the track (3 miles) and running the bleechers (about 4 to 5 times) at least 3 to 4 times a week. Now that I am back in school, in which 2 days I am out up by 6 am and back home after 10pm) and when I am not in class 3 days a week, I am a football mom, and soon to have my 3 year old in dance. With all of this being done, along with studying working, and spending time with my kids, I now only do 10 mins of the treadmill each morning, if I can even get up on time, this has been going on for about 3 weeks. I seem to be much more hunger than normal and I am eating more frequently. For example: yesturday I had: 16 oz of coffee, desigener way protein bar, 24 oz water,1 oz cheese then 1/ hour later, 1 cup of yougurt,1 hour later 2 cups of cantaloupe, 3hours 2 oz of sauteed chicken with 1/2 cup cabbage, 1hour later 16 oz of coffee, 24 oz of water then 1 snack size bag of wheat thins, and when i got home, at 10:20 last night I had 2 slices of cheese with 2 slices of bologna and a dab of mustard, then I had 8oz of carnation instant breakfast I was still kinda of hungry but went to bed instead. DID I EAT TOO MUCH Today, i decided to go back to the basic of 4 days of clear liquids, 4 days of full liquids, 4 days of pureed foods, then soilds, in hopes to shrink my pouch some, and jump start my weight loss. As I am starting the liquid phase I am really hungry now. Please any suggestions to help me jump start my weight loss again. My goal is to be 180, no more no less.
