Guest guest
My surgeon states over and over that we do not need b-12 or any other vitamin other than to take 2 Flinstones with iron a day. And he recommends 60 g of protein a day. HE does not recommend us taking any calcium. I really like to hear all sides of the weight loss story. I would love to hear from anybody out there who actually took the two flinstones chewable vitamins and who did NOT have a vitamin or protein deficiency. Or, was anyone out there with a proximal or medial who took Flinstones twice a day every day and at some point did become deficient? Thanks....
