Coat Hanger Neck Pain - Related to Blood Pressure Issues

Can someone please explain to me how blood pressure issues cause the " coat

hanger " neck pain in MSA. I think my sister may have this. She is quite

miserable. Is it causes from high or low blood pressure? or is it caused of

constantly varying blood pressure? What can be done about it? We are ordering

a buckwheat pillow, but is there medication to address the coat hanger pain

directly.
