Guest guest
Oh, YES! _____________________ But making it worse, most MSA patients have extremely sensitive systems. So, mega dosing would only make matters worse. Regards, =jbf= B. Fisher _____________________ I wish doctors understood that better. The once a day vitamin one of my earlier docs suggested brought my vitamin B levels to alarmingly high levels (something a later doctor thought to actually get a blood test for). Now I eat a crushed chhildren's vitamin (one without iron) only on days I do not get proper nutrition from what I eat or drink. Most of our food is vitaminized, and as with many others, my digestive system and other metabolic processes do not work as reliably as those of people without MSA. Spend the money on better quality of food, or just a little something to make yourself feel a little better, a treat. aletta mes, vancouver, bc canada ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Site: http://www.aletta.0catch.com
