I wish doctors understood that better. The once a day vitamin one of my

earlier docs suggested brought my vitamin B levels to alarmingly high

levels (something a later doctor thought to actually get a blood test for).

Now I eat a crushed chhildren's vitamin (one without iron) only on days I

do not get proper nutrition from what I eat or drink. Most of our food is

vitaminized, and as with many others, my digestive system and other

metabolic processes do not work as reliably as those of people without MSA.

Spend the money on better quality of food, or just a little something to

make yourself feel a little better, a treat.
