re: eating hamburgers..

I can finish about 3/4 of a medium sized hamburger w/bun if I push it. I

don't intend to beat myself up over the fact that I eat fast food

considering at one time I was able to eat about 4 or 5 hamburgers. And

yup I make bad food choices I am human after all and I spent years

beating myself up for that fact and spent years on countless diets where

I hated myself as well. I eat until I am full thats the bottom line.

What I do love is how people tell me I will gain my weight back because

of my choices of food LOL each to their own I guess I am happy with my

weightloss and I intend to keep enjoying food (when it stays down that

is lol) But seriously if someone is able to eat a huge hamburger PLUS

something on the side then maybe its worth getting checked out by a doc.
