Guest guest
or whomever can answer it... I know a lot of you do not count calories, but there a some that do and I am one of them. Do we count the calories in our protein drink in our daily total? If we don't why not? Here is my data...I am a 32 year old female, been overweight since a very young age, I had my surgery rny-proximal in June of 2001. I have lost somewhere in the range of 130 pounds. I am satisfied with my weight loss (so his my doc) but would like to lose more, although not more than 40 pounds. I have also had my tummy done already and some lipo suction. I live in Seattle, at Alki Beach. I have had the pleasure of meeting Curran on numerous occasions and I know (or should have said saw many of you) on other lists. Thanks in advance for you help...
