Guest guest
I'm 195 and 5'6 and have a fairly large frame and am wearing size 14 jeans. Dress pants size 12, size M-L tops, depending on the cut and dresses 12. Nobody believes me when I say I weigh 195 either. My hip bones stick out, my collar bones stick out. When I say I want to lose another 15-20 my friends just gasp. Never thought I'd hear that sound coming out from anybody with the comments that you've lost more than enough, etc., etc. I've lost 183 lbs. and am as happy as a clam. If I see some weight creeping up on me, now I have the presence of mind to nip it in the bud, rather than going out and buying bigger clothes like I used to. Should I exercise more? Absolutely. Should I drink more protein shakes? Definitely. Right now I'm in lazy mode where it comes to these two things. I take all my supplements and eat pretty well 90% of the time. Find using the excuses that I'm too busy with school, business, kids, after school activities, house work, etc. are creeping back into my vocabulary and everyday life. Starting to sound like I did 183 pounds ago. If I can find the time to be a Brownie leader and student, then I can certainly try to find time to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and to take 5 minutes and make a shake. Will get there eventually. Right now have found the time to get medical clearance for my procedure tomorrow on my nose. CAT scan results showed " multiple displaced fractures of the nasal bones " , a deviated septum and two other things that escape my mind right now. Going in for a closed reduction tomorrow. Hope everyone has a happy and safe Halloween today. Weather here is rainy and cold. I feel sorry for the kids. We'll have fun anyway. Best regards, Regina
