had a good post last month, archive 26514, on how she busted

through a prolonged, close to goal weight plateau.

I wouldn't mind people giving their thoughts on how to jump start

weight loss. I know we were talking about a possible 3 day protein

fast. Any other hints and tips out there?

And I hope some of those how to hints involve long massages,

pedicures and facials! (Preferably covered by insurance! Hah!!)
