I know you are very upset by this virus, but you now have a good virus

protection system on your computer and you should be safe.

I also realize group mail is showing up as having attachments, but the

attachments have been removed before they get to the group by yahoo.

So the attachments aren't there, even though it shows they are.

I hope this makes sense. I know it's hard to understand, but believe me when

I tell you there are no attachments coming to the group.

You can't get a virus from sending jokes, web sites, etc, unless they have

an attachment with them.

A joke that's been copied or a website someone asks you to look at, can't

give you the virus. You have to open an attachment to get a virus.

I am still getting personal mail from Sandy with the virus. She, of course,

isn't sending it, the worm has gotten into her addressbook and is sending

it.

Do not open any mail from Sandy that you get to your personal mailbox with

an attachment.

I really think we are OK now , just try and calm down. There's no

reason to censor our mail now by saying no one send jokes.

If you have any questions, call AOL and talk to them. Maybe they can explain

it better than I can.

I want to let you all know I am still being sent MORE of the virus, from

Sandy and now ROS, I do not know if they are aware of this fully and need to

run a Virus Scan (updated one please). This all is really getting to me I

thought we stopped people from sending the attachment? So why are they still

coming to me through the group? Anyone have a friend that knows more about

this and can give us more guidance on the subject at hand? I think ROS is

unaware he went to no mail and the ones I have received tonight from sandy

and ros came VIA the RP group so needless to say I am lost for words now.

BUT

I am deleting THEM and not downloading anymore.

Also Heidi, I have to disagree with you! we must stop the forwarding of

" Jokes " and Cards since the have a link to click on and this is how it was

spread in the first place so it only make sence for now at least for a while

till these go away, at least for now because this is getting way out of hand

right now, so PLEASE concider it just for 1 month to make sure " OUR " rp

group

can get rid of this. Dont take this the wrong way I am only trying to help

and prevent this from getting more out of control and I know now what am

talking about. THis is something for the whole group to decide not ony a

few,

again there are some very ill people on this group that needs our help not a

virus to ruin their computers, please reconcider this fully.
