OT- recommendations for Mexico

We're going on a cruise Sunday to Mexico. Ports are Puerto Vallarta,

Mazatlan (1 day) and Cabo (1/2 day). I'm interested in horseback

riding, kayaking, snorkeling. Has anyone been and have a

recommendation. Thanks,
