It's always a good bet a doctor who prays to God, knows he is not

God. That would make me feel better too.

Do you have to be Norwegian to pray or can Dutch girls join in

too?LOL

My son was so sweet on the phone today, small moments make large

sacrifices very easy. Wow, no, I don't think you can just toss 51 1/2

years away. My 25th anniversary is this summer, although we've

lived apart 7 years and he has a live in 'other', he is my greatest

support, life just isn't long enough to get to know another human being

that well. I'm always glad we did not let the relationship become

bitter. We often joke that if we live to be old enough we'll be on

some porch cracking the same jokes as the sun goes down. If they

make it to Vancouver this year we're throwing an anniversary party, a

very off-beat kinda thing.

It is hard to take the brunt of a loved one's anger and pain. Just

have to take it as the compliment it is, you are safe and trustworthy and

will not abandon him, that's the person taking the abuse every time.
