Guest guest
I'll jump on and off quickly ~smile~ It is my personal feeling that anyone offering support in a support group should use " personal experience " and in the field of supplements (of ALL types) our personal exeprience (good or bad) should be backed up with " what kind of test? " " when? " and the " real results " -- and where possible for those of us with years plus we should be willing to back up our " support " with years of numbers -- the proof is in the pudding -- If you don't want to back-up your comments with your numbers... and I don't mean the " statistics " I mean our own PERSONAL TESTS AND RESULTS -- after all... isn't that what this type of support is for? To see what works and what doesn't in real life, in the lives of each other, in the life of real WLS people? It's easy to just ask your doctors for a copy of your test results -- it not only helps me to keep track of my own numbers but it gives me something tangable to " share " with others... I don't mean that the same thing will apply to everyone (obviously) but IMO, if one is making claims about a product or a type of product (s) -- I want to see the results in real life... not someone else's... yours! After all, we are our best classroom ~smile~ hugz, ~denise
