Guest guest
OK. I'm OK with watching people discuss about which citrate to take, but as I sit here on what's left of my hips, I cannot let the carbonate go unchallenged. That is WHY I have only partial hips. No question. No doubt. And that is WHY my husband and I can speak with INTIMATE knowledge about kidney stones. We need calcium in a form that can be absorbed into the bones. Sheetrock also contains a lot of calcium, but of no use to a human body. Since we are doing INFO, please refer to the Feb 2002 issue of Beyond Change and there is a small article on kidney stones that specifically advises against " calcium containing antacids " . It's small, but the best hunk of advice you can get in a small package regarding bones and kidney stones. Beyond Change is a little newspaper put together by medical pros in the field (who actually ARE about results more than their egos, usually) and I certainly don't agree with every one, every month, naturally. But there is something for everyone in each issue. It's about $20/year. Here's the info: www.beyondchange-obesity.com JKS Associates, LLC 32494 Woodward Ave, Suite 108 Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302-0567 US $20, International $45 (US) Thanks, Vitalady T www.vitalady.com If you are interested in PayPal, please click here: https://secure.paypal.com/affil/pal=vitalady%40bigfoot.com Stepping onto Soap Box.... > > Soap Box Mode: ON! > > I have been reading all the various back and forth messages > about calcium supplements. > > How much to take, what is the best source, what to look for > on labels, etc. > > I would like to add some perspective: > > Calcium is used in the bone and teeth, at night when you > sleep is when the transfer of calcium from the bone and > teeth takes place, if your body's system is NOT getting the > proper supplemental daily dose it requires.
