Guest guest
Sharon, thanks for the info. Interesting info you've given. We're trying to fight yeast and had started magnesium, but it tasted so bad I gave up on that. Guess I should try it again. Maybe add the tea to the supplements for our DS too. Thank you! Guest guest
Have you tried Kirkman's magnesium? It is almost flavorless. Also, the tea has magnesium in it. Guest guest
Defenitely I think the tea is a very good product, i order yesterday for my son. I will quit the use of cullturelle and instead give him the tea. Goldy Re: [ ] GSE & Obijwa tea Have you tried Kirkman's magnesium? It is almost flavorless. Also, the tea has magnesium in it. Guest guest
Goldy, I think--maybe I haven't followed the threads carefully-- but if you are using just the tea, you may just want to keep using the culturelle too, until you are certain that gut bugs are not a problem anymore. I think some people using Perfect Stool Formula have felt OK about giving up probio's because there are some probio's in PSF. did tell me though, that she hopes to carry Culturelle soon, so you may want to keep up it's use. Sounds like my son! LOL Yesterday I gave it to him first thing in the morning and made him wait for breakfast. I finally broke down and gave him his enzymes an hour after the tea. Today I am going to try an hour and a half after lunch and right before we go to an appointment that should take over an hour. Maybe we'll make it today! :0) Darlene
Guest guest
We've never waited more than 20 minutes to eat after the tea and we still see good results. I could be wrong, but I don't think you have to wait an hour. Guest guest
I read some notes on a website that were supposedly written by from Rene Caisse. She said that twenty minutes before eating was good,or one hour after a meal, but in weakened people who could not wait to eat, getting it in was more important. If I remember right, very ill people with terminal cancer could take it at night if they had to to avoid the waiting period, if it was not right after a meal. We had very good luck with the twenty minute rule. Re: [ ] Re: GSE & Obijwa tea We've never waited more than 20 minutes to eat after the tea and we still see good results.
