Regina, Since my WLS, I also have had problems sleeping. It started with

me waking up at 3-4:00am and being done for the night. I was so tired all

the time, I thought I would pass out driving or something.

I have upped my protein intake, and watched my nutrition more, keep hydrated

and it has seemed to cut it out for me. I now sleep until at least 5:00am.

I know that is still early, but it sounds more normal. I am not so tired.

I am sorry you are going through this because it is defiantly exhausting

and makes you weary.
