Are you doing any enzymes for your protein levels? I definitely do not want to gain weight...but am so tired of these low levels...5.9....ugh! I do 7-8 Problend55 shakes a day...I'm just not absorbing them...so thinking if I take some sort of enzyme with the shake it might help. My Albumin isn't burning up the world at 4..but is okay.
