That was my thinking exactly...not increasing exactly as everything is really

up to snuff...just keeping it as is and watching the ferritin levels for

another cycle. Are you doing any enzymes for your protein levels?  I

definitely do not want to gain weight...but am so tired of these low

levels...5.9....ugh!  I do 7-8 Problend55 shakes a day...I'm just not

absorbing them...so thinking if I take some sort of enzyme with the shake it

might help.  My Albumin isn't burning up the world at 4..but is okay. Thanks~
