Guest guest Posted May 10, 2001 Report Share Posted May 10, 2001 Hi Cindy-- When I had surgery last year I stressed the polychondritis and my medications in the pre-op interview. I also stressed those when I first met the surgeon. He had never heard of polychondritis but by the next time I saw him he had obviously done the research.
