I can add a " story " to this as well.

I had a friend who was a decaf iced tea drinker..I

mean she LOVED it!! She was drinking 8-10 glasses per

day and used artificial sweetner, sweet n low.

She hit a plateau in her diet and had to really start

digging to see what it was that had changed or why she

wasn't loosing.

She discovered that each packet had a little less than

or right at 1 carb. Well she was using about 25

packets per day in tea, shakes etc.

She cut back on the sweetner and her weight loss

started again. Granted there could have been other

factors as well but I thought it was interesting.
