Guest guest
I can add a " story " to this as well. I had a friend who was a decaf iced tea drinker..I mean she LOVED it!! She was drinking 8-10 glasses per day and used artificial sweetner, sweet n low. She hit a plateau in her diet and had to really start digging to see what it was that had changed or why she wasn't loosing. She discovered that each packet had a little less than or right at 1 carb. Well she was using about 25 packets per day in tea, shakes etc. She cut back on the sweetner and her weight loss started again. Granted there could have been other factors as well but I thought it was interesting. ~Hugs Melty~ Dallasites Moderator Open RNY 5/1/98 -- -163 lbs Panniculectomy/abdomnioplasty 5/23/01 -- -15 lbs Dr. Lawrence Barzune, Dallas TX -- would recommend him 110% **considering a breast lift **consider myself at goal for over 2.5 years however have recently made changes in diet/exercise to try and tone up and lose a few more pounds if possible! --- bcol949779 deborahcollier@...> wrote: > For those of you following low-carb some information > sent to me from > the folks at Equal at my request.
