Will it also slow our weightloss? Can I please please have some information about this. I have been eating Desigener Whey protien bars which ave 4.32 calories per gram. Here is the Nutritional Facts: 1 bar =75g 260 calories cal from fat=40 Carbs=7g Sugar=4g Protein=30g HELP I NEED TO UNDERSTAND THIS....
